Do you deliver by couriers? (e.g.: DHL, UPS, TNT, etc.) - No. We work with the European National Post only.

Can I track my parcel by means of its number? - Please email us to sales@MillenStore.com and we will try to track it for you.

Are there countries to which you do not deliver? - Yes. The cigarettes sold at www.MillenStore.com can be purchased only from countries that are in our country list.

Are the shipping times shown at the General Info Delivery page guaranteed? - No. Air Mail delivery times can be affected by mailing problems in the destination country.

I bought ten cartons of cigarettes one week ago and I have only received six cartons. Is that normal? - Yes. The cartons are shipped on the same day separately (i.e. parcel includes not more than 6 cartons) but rarely reach destination together. The time between the first and the last delivery is in average 2 to 3 days in Europe and the Mediterranean area and 5 to 10 days in the rest of the world.

What happens if I am not at home when the parcel arrives? - There are two possibilities:

• The parcel can only be delivered to the addressee or to another person (e.g. a member of the family, a colleague, a porter, etc.) who will sign a receipt. If no-one is at home, a postman will leave a note.
  
• The parcel can be taken from your local post office with no additional charge. Please note that this standard procedure may be slightly different in your country.

What does "Separate delivery" mean? - Example: if you order ten cartons of cigarettes at once you will receive two separate parcels. Each parcel will be shipped
immediately and not extended in time. Usually one parcel contains not more than six cartons. So you'll receive one "six carton" parcel and one "four cartons".

Why can't you send me a single parcel containing more cartons? - Because it would be subject to duty since the weight and value would not fall within the prescribed international parameters.

Is the package tough enough? - Yes. The package consists of a stiff cardboard carton specifically designed for being sent by mail. In this way, we can be certain that your cigarettes - including "soft packs" - will reach you in perfect condition.

What information is written on the parcel? - Your address. Our address. Description of the contents, for the Postal Authorities (written in one of the All European (non English) languages.

Is it common for the parcels or some of the packets to be stolen? - No. We have never heard of these incidents but we have taken this event into consideration since we send products to all destinations world-wide.

Payments

Do I have to pay a fee to join www.MillenStore.com? - No, you do not, the access to our site is free and you need not pay a fee to enter it or to make your purchases.

How can I pay? - You can pay by VISA, MasterCard, Euro Card, JCB, Diners Club, Amex or e-check, Wire Transfer, Western Union, Money Gram only. We do not offer any other methods of payment

How long does it take to process an order? - Most orders paid by check are shipped out within 24-48 hours from the moment you placed an order. Some orders are shipped within 5 business days and only after we get money for those orders. (Delay depends on order amount, bank of check account, history of checking account.) Please note : the date when your account is charged and the date when we receive money to our account do not match. Usually we receive money within 2-3 business days after your account is charged.

Can I place an order by phone? - No. We do not accept orders by phone.

Can I give you my credit card details over the phone? - No, this is not possible.

Will bank transfer expenses be charged to the buyer? - Yes. All bank transfer expenses will be charged to the buyer. Please make out your bank transfer including the "Our Cost" caption to send the net amount without transaction costs charged to the addressee.

What will happen if the buyer forgets to make out an "Our Cost" bank transfer by mistake? - We will inform the buyer of the additional amount required to pay for the order by e-mail.

Will bank transfer expenses be charged to the buyer in case of refund? - Yes. All bank transfer expenses will be charged to the buyer.

I made out a bank payment but I no longer want to buy, What can I do? - If you have not asked your bank to make out the payment, just do nothing at all. Your order will be automatically cancelled after 30 days.

Products

Do you sell other brands of cigarettes in addition to those advertised at your site? - No. The only brands we sell are shown on the All Brands pages.

Will you be offering other brands in the future? - Yes. The number and type of available brands may change in time.

Are the cigarettes sold at www.MillenStore.com of the first choice? - The cigarettes sold at www.MillenStore.com are of the highest quality available on the market, in Switzerland, in the EEC, in England, in Germany, etc.

Is there any difference between the white filter and the brown filter of Marlboro Lights?  - Yes. The first are made to match the taste of American smokers while the second are suited to European tastes. Philip Morris does not provide any other information on this matter. According to smokers (and suggestions), the "white filters" may be slightly stronger. There cigarettes is only one way to find out. Try them!

Do you take some additional charges to the price indicated on your site? - No, we do not take any additional charges.

Why are the prices of the cigarettes sold at www.MillenStore.com considerably more competitive than one of your competitors? - Because we purchase bulk amounts of cigarettes from the manufacturers and we limit our choice to a few selected brands. The products reach our customers without additional steps and the procedure is extremely rational.

How much do cigarettes cost at the factory? - For example, a carton of Marlboro Red , Switzerland, or the EEC costs approximately 10 US$ at the factory (price fluctuate due to supply and demand forces). The minimum order amount of any one brand - for example Marlboro Red Flip Top Box - is equal to one 40 ft container (48000 cartons).

Why are the cigarettes on sale at www.MillenStore.com cheaper than those sold in duty free shops in airports? - Because the airport duty free shops have high running costs.

Customs

Do you guarantee that no duty will be paid world-wide? - No. Some countries may occasionally not apply the international postal regulations and standards.

What should I do if I have to pay duty tax to receive the goods? - This could be in line of principle. Since we cannot guarantee that duty tax will not be charged world-wide, you can:
- pay duty tax and collect the parcel;
- reject the parcel which will be returned to us and ask for your money back.

Must I pay mailing expenses if I return the parcel to the sender? - No. You have not to pay when you reject a parcel.

Is smoking duty-free cigarettes against the law? - No. Duty-free cigarettes can be smoked anywhere in the world. These cigarettes are sold in all international airports.

Can I buy large amounts of cigarettes at www.MillenStore.com? - The number of cigarettes that can be purchased at www.MillenStore.com is left to the discretion of the users* who must be aware of the laws in force in their country and the sanctions in which they may incur if their intention is to resell "duty free" cigarettes. Furthermore, the matter of online commerce via international shipping is rather controversial and currently evolving, both in terms of customs procedures and fiscal matters.
